Over 20 years I've led enterprise applications, generative AI, and analytics work, from modernizing mission-critical systems to building the Court's data platform and statewide reporting.

Court Statistics Report
A data-driven website exploring the Court Statistics Report released by the Judicial Council of California.

A prototype dashboard that helps a trial court see where it needs judges and where it has them assigned. It compares workload-based need with current allocations, shows filing trends, tracks courtroom inventory, and includes a what-if simulator for moving judges between courthouses. The court is fictional, but the trends come from public Judicial Council of California data (Los Angeles County filings and workload-study hours, FY2016–FY2025, scaled to 25%).

How the Los Angeles Superior Court built one chatbot to route the public to the right specialist, from court FAQs to jury service and hearings. It started as custom-built plumbing in 2025 and was later rebuilt on the Model Context Protocol (MCP) once the standard matured.
